Ah, Noosa Heads....a breath of fresh air after the stuffy city of Brisbane. The YHA here is 2mins from the bus stop, the place is so pretty....all beaches and trees. The hostel is an old converted colonial hotel, all wood and very comfortable with a bar.
We decide to spend a couple of nights here, go for a walk around town, up the hill....tough in the sun. Take in the viewpoint, Laguna lookout....well worth the walk, but a bit scary walking down the road through the woods and not seeing anyone for an hour....or that´s what it felt like. Everything´s so spaced out here, well they can, they´ve got the room!
Booked the Whitsundays and Fraser island here at Peterpan´s before moving on to the even more laid back Rainbow Beach.
