So we're currently in Patong Beach in Phuket. It's really nice (and hot) here, though much more expensive than Bangkok (and cleaner). We're in the gay district of Phuket which makes for some interesting sights. The first thing that happened is that my bag never arrived from Bangkok. Luckily, after several hours and a lot of attempting to speak to Thai people who spoke very little English, my bag arrived at my hotel. Maybe there is a God (I'm still not convinced). We've kicked around here for a couple days now - gettin' tan - lookin hot - you know - the usual. Last night we saw a gay Go Go show - which means a bunch of hard body thai boys were dancing around in white boxer briefs. HOT. They had numbers - and we kept getting asked if we liked any of them - we didn't know what would happen if we said yes - so we didn't say anything. Today we're heading 30 minutes north to meet up with Beth's Dad's Nurse's Daughter. WHAT?! It's complicated. Anyway. We're still having fun and eating noodles.
