Day 21 - 3rd August Sturgis (South Dakota) to Colorado Springs (Colorado)

Four Heads

Started out early to make Colorado Springs. I decided to catch a glimpse of
Mount Rushmore on the way and I'm happy I did it must off been a mammoth project to complete it.

I hit Custer Nat Park on the way, and another $15 dollars. Every major park requires payment, some are worth it some are not.

The rest of the journey was straight forward except crossing my first major city, Denver. Although it was peak hour the highway went straight through without stopping. Arrived late and decided to Hotel it for the night.
