Hello Africa....
I’m now in South Africa with bike which arrived in one piece, my helmet however arrived in two pieces after they drove a fork lift truck through it at the airport...!!!
South Africa is my favourite country so far.....absolutely perfect in many ways. Superb food and wines, Stunning scenery, great people ,beautiful beaches and some funky animals . I was 6 inches away from the very large mouth of a Great White man eating shark, thankfully I was in a cage. Also 1 foot away from a man eating leopard ,niether of us in a cage....
I’m now heading North to do a Safari in Kruger before carrying on to Namibia and Botswana. No doubt a very different scene up there but I’m looking forward to the real Africa.
